  • Develop/implement a marketing and outreach plan to increase the number of clients.
  • Recruit and retain the right number and type of volunteers to meet demand.

  • Develop a plan for expanding services at another location in partnership with a community clinic or other organization; evaluate possible partners and pilot at least one additional site.
