If you feel you have not received the type of service you expected from Walk-In Counseling Center, it is important that you let us know. First, discuss your concerns with your counselor. If you do not feel satisfied at the end of that discussion, please contact the clinic director, Jim Ayers, or the executive director, Mary Weeks, as soon as possible.

Clients may come to Walk-In Counseling Center without an appointment during the following times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoons: 1:00-3:00 p.m.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings: 6:30-8:30 p.m.
