WICC Training Services
WICC's 's training presentations have grown out of our consultation.
Through our work with professional organizations, individual therapists
and consumers and legal firms, we have developed both an expertise and
a body of knowledge which we share with regional and national agencies,
regulatory bodies and consumer groups.
Professional Development Seminars/Staff Training
WICC offers seminars and in-service training to mental health providers
and community groups. We are able to format our presentations to the needs
of the particular staff and organization. Our workshops vary from two-hour
in-service presentations to half or full day seminars. Fees, especially
for non-profit organizations or those with limited funds, are negotiable.

- Assessment of depression and suicide

- Special client populations
- Assessment and rehabilitation of impaired professionals.
WICC workshops can be personalized to fit the needs of the organizations.
If you are interested in a topic other than those listed above, please
notify us since we are willing to develop programs designed for specific
agencies. If we are unable to prepare a presentation, we can refer you
to an appropriate source.

Workshops
WICC presents workshops as a service to WICC volunteers and to the professional
community at large. In the past year we have presented two-hour workshops
dealing with brief therapy, anger management and with the conduct of long-term
therapy in the current environment. Our workshops are low-cost and continuing
education units are available.
